The touchpad is a smart device, if this is your first experience with this kind of touchpad, please allow some time to get use to the multi-touch functions of the pad. In order to improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, please install all recommended WINDOWS Update. If you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router, it is getting excellent signal and internet service is working properly since this will affect the responsiveness of the touchpad.

We do understand the inconvenience if you are experiencing WIFI connection problem. To resolve the issue, please verify if the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect your web surfing experience.
