First it came with no charger, but it's basic and I found one. Best Buy reimbursed the cost of it. They stand behind the products they sell, but they have better. I needed it in an emergency and finances were an issue

You get what you pay for. Hope this helps anyone looking to buy a new laptop. Personally bought one for 3 times the price and am happy.
