    Do not buy. It’s a slow computer and it cannot do any of the basic functions. Also the screen looks dull.

      Yes, it was advertised preinstalled with Windows 11 S. It is an entry-level laptop that runs popular computing applications, without compromising system stability and performance as long as Windows is up to date.
      All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage. We recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service.
