    It’s fine, but running multiple applications at the same time and it’s slower than a snail, I returned it and got something much faster for the same price point at micro center

    This is an incredible laptop, It works perfectly for school and many other needs. It gets the job done and for the price this is a very good deal. I would definitely recommend this laptop to friends, 10/10.

    Bought this laptop for my dad for his bday on AUG 2022. It is not MARCH 2023 and they computer is now useless. My elderly father uses the computer to log into his bank account browse the internet and pay his bills. Literally like browsing and the computer was great in the beginning, now its super slow, we get an error message anything he tries to load a website. He took it into best ug and was told nothing is wrong with it, this is just as good as it gets. I know this was on the low end for a laptop but I didnt spend my money for it to last a few months. I thkugh this would be the lerson computer bc he didnt need much for paying his bills online. He hasnt downloaded anythign on it. The advice from geek squad was just restart it when it starts acting this way. ASUS says its still under warranty but bc i bought it at Best Buy i have to get serviced with Best buy. So now he is stuck with a laptop that doesnt work. Once again, i feel cheated, i read the good reviews and though i wuld give this a chance… please stay away from this garbage.

    This laptop WILL NOT LAST LONG

    Please do not buy this laptop. If you are planning to buy a laptop that will have you covered for over a year, please look elsewhere. After a year usage, the plastic hinge started to crack. It had gotten so bad that the back cover began cracking to the point where you could not even close the lid. Plus the laptop is slow.

    Track pad doesn’t even work. I blame it being a floor model and Best Buy just wanting to dump it. Really bad. Pay the extra money.

    When I first got the laptop it was very laggy and it’s still laggy also the laptop keep shutting down saying it need recovery

    Too slow for Win 11, stay away from Microsoft

    Win 11 so slow, can't setup without a Microsoft Account, which mean you could lose privacy to US gov.

    Wish I would have returned.

    The screen looks extremely outdated and blurry. It is supposed to be new, but in settings it said something about “last updated in 2015”. The mouse “click” is loud and seems cheap. I’m sure the computer functions decent, but my advice would be to spend a little more and get a better laptop.

    10-key built into touch pad tricky to use

    Had to return this computer because the 10-key feature built into the trackpad was problematic for me: I kept hitting the "on button" by accident which pretty much disabled the touch pad, activating the 10-key function. Good idea, poor execution. Can't recommend.
