This notebook is really for basic stuff. With all nice look and feel, it doesn't work best if you are planing to run multiple windows a the same time. I have another acer notebook which is bit smaller than this but still boot up fairely quickly.

My new laptop very easy to setup and start working. The salesperson answered all my questions and provided me exactly what I needed. The printer he suggested WOW. Thanks

I bought a few of these for my boys due for homeschool use and they fit the bill. They tend to have numerous tabs open in Chrome and their laptops never freeze or slow down. The only issue I've noticed is Zoom tends freeze up at times.

No touchscreen. Did not realize, returned to store and exchanged this item for a similar priced Chromebook with a touchscreen.

it's good but i wish it's touch screen...it's hard to scroll up sometimes the bar doesn't show in the side

I realize many people would not like a Chromebook, too bad for them. This is my third and it does everything I need. I am like most old guys just serf the net, email, and photos, it does an excellent job.

First time using a Chromebook. Purchased for streaming sports on ESPN+ and online worship during the pandemic. Connected to my big screen via HDMI and works like a charm. Also purchased wireless mouse which makes navigation a breeze. No complaints!

Great for the price still a chromebook though :/ no complaints other than storage space and processing speed

I love the device for the price point, gets done everything I need, if I had to have a complaint it would definitely be the battery life, it requires me to charge it frequently, or else it would die, otherwise it's great.

It is a cheap and basic chrome book for basic surfing and getting school work done

This is used for virtual learning and no complaints here or serves its purpose due to having to use Google classroom and google meets for meeting with teachers for classes.

Picked out online and was there in a couple of days. Got a text it was ready and went to pick it straight up. No hassle and no waiting.

This computer is beyond slow and is not compatible with zoom.

I’ve bought three of these now and they work great for basic tasks on chrome or playing Spotify. For the price you can’t complain. Build quality feels great for such a low end price point.

I really love the weight and size of the Chromebook. It's perfect for what I needed and has a ton of storage without slowing down the processing. The staff was courteous and helpful. And the price was excellent

Works great for middle school student and school requirements. Battery life does not last as long as stated.

Love this chromebook. Fast clear screen with functioning apps. I have been a chromebook user for many years. The only thing i dont like is thee limit on security updates.

I've had my Chromebook for about a month now, and I'm thoroughly satisfied. I'm still learning the "ins & outs," but overall it is a good machine.

This was not what I was expecting but totally my fault for not researching more. But for what it is, it is a great computer. I will be gifting this and getting me what I need.

Great lab top excellent performance! It has a descent weight. Great recommend it.
