Works well, but will not work with our HP air printer. Very frustrating

I don't usually buy Chromebooks but bought this as a portable solution when on the move and the Google integration tools work great to download or continue working on documents.

Gets the job done for online school work. Wish it were touchscreen but it’s easy to use for my 8 year old.

im still trying to use chromebook or get aquainted with its works, the help is always appreciated at bestbuy still cant find caps key was i able to get bestbuy card for the purchase

Purchased this Chromebook as a Christmas present for my son, and he absolutely loves it. He will be starting college in the Fall, and he wanted a Chromebook because of being able to store information in the clouds.

I bought the refurbished certified excellent condition of this chromebook. I received yesterday and I would never buy another refurbished item. EVER. Was not clean even though it said it was professionally cleaned by geek squad. A button is loose on the keyboard which makes it impossible to use and the camera on the front of the chromebook is cracked. Which makes it so impossible to use. I really thought I was getting a good deal and was getting in time for the even I needed. Didn’t happen that way. Very frustrating.

Bought this for my daughter to use for her business and she is very pleased with it. Has been able to put all her data in without issues.

Purchased this device for the high schooler now required to be online. So far we haven't had any issues. Has held up over the months. Several projects requiring use of camera and video turned out well too.

Seemed like a good deal but screen was a little to dull and under the standard I would expect. Spend a little more and get a better device.

Like many others, I have had the same problem with it not turning on. Started having issues after about 6 months. I used it probably a dozen times. Battery charges and then screen flashes on and off and you get some weird messages. Googled it and it seems to be common. Paperweight at this point.

Was on sale for $99, for the price can't beat it. Nothing to write home about but you can’t expect top shelf speed out of a budget laptop.

Regrettably, I bought a used chrome book, then came to my senses and bought a new one from Best Buy!

So far the Asus Chromebook has worked perfectly. All the features seem to work fine -- hardware and software -- although I admit that I do not know enough about Chromebooks yet to judge completely.

The laptop is sleek, and has a responsive touchpad. I only wish Asus included a slightly faster CPU.

It’s a great laptop, no issues, all I needed was a basic laptop to use for basic stuff like managing accounts and billing stuff.

This is my second chromebook. When my first one died I didn't think twice about what to replace it with. Easy to use. this one is very light weight too.

Works great for an elementary student to use for some virtual school, homework and moderate gaming.

My daughter loves it so much for her minimal school work.

I bought this for my nephews for school, and it does what was required. No complaints her!
