You cannot download office on here, only use it as an extension online on google. You cannot download anything on here really other than pdf documents and pictures. This computer is for very basic using. I am glad I bought this because now I know to never purchase a Chromebook again. You cannot even download Adobe on here. It is a huge pain for me. It does all the essentials needed though and it was a good laptop for the last year, but I need to be able to do more since I use this laptop for college and work. The internet is very slow to load pages.
