    The computer stopped working as soon as I opened it … when I returned it I was told I must have dropped it , which I did not . They did not offer to fix it and would not refund my money. I will never trust Best Buy for any future purchase.

    The chromebook is compact and lightweight. But it is super slow when u open multiple tabs. It hangs and there is a lag to reload pages. I did not like it. I would not recommend for people who is looking for speed. 1-3 tabs at a time may be fine.

    I personally didn’t like this laptop at all. The quality of the picture and the quality of the keyboard is very cheap in my opinion. I couldn’t get past that so I didn’t bother to look into the performance, I returned it right away.

    In less than 5 months the screen is flickering and rebooting. When I close the screen it will turn back on when I close the screen and reopen, but everything I'm working on closes. Awful!

You normally can't even install Windows as Chromebooks are ship with a special type of BIOS designed for Chrome OS.     This laptop is garbage. I’ve returned two units in six months. Both for the same problem. The second time I returned the unit, my intent was to exchange it for a better, more costly unit and pay the difference. I was told that I couldn’t return the laptop because it was outside of the fourteen day return period. While I understand the return policy, I would think that previously returning the same unit for the same problem would carry some weight, but it didn’t. As a business owner myself, I understand the return policy. However, if I deliver an inferior product to a customer, and they return said product on multiple occasions, I’m going to let the customer return it, and provide a credit. Especially if if that customer is willing to upgrade and spend more.

    I returned it because it was shutting off and instantly turn back on right after randomly. Worst part of all is that it was rebooting in the middle of my son's zoom class. I returned it after the 4th time it did that. I originally thought my son was the issue, but nope it did it to me too.

If the Chromebook is shutting down randomly, doing a Power wash using the hotkeys, "Shift + Ctrl + Alt + R", and updating the OS will resolve the issue. The following can also be tried, to prevent this from occurring. If running with the battery only, please make sure the battery has an ample amount of charged life.
