This computer was a gift I gave to a friend for Christmas. Unfortunately, I am being told this this computer (which was a special sales price for one day only) was previously sold and returned. My friend could not introduce a new password. Yuck!

Speedy device, fabulous screen. I do more than emails and websurf and this is great for everything. Start up was easy. Beautiful screen for movies

Great laptop for the price. I thought it would overheat or slow down but it has worked so well over time no issues.

It was good, just didnt come with a charger and I had to buy one off amazon even though it said it came with a charger. overall 4/5 stars everything else was amazing.

Purchased for my 79 year old mother and she LOVES it. She can play her card games and can also get to her email if she wants to without any issues. Very user friendly. No complaints!

Either you use it as is (Chromebook) or convert it to fully functional Linux laptop (added 256GB microSD), it is well made and responsive, especially for the money: I bought it Open Box Certified for $106 and it was absolutely new.

Great choice as it was picked for my son who was attending his last year of high school! Size of the screen, the weight, size, everything about this laptop was worth this steal of a price.

It will do the job, but the low-contrast key labels were a BIG MISTAKE. I need to see WHAT key I am striking, I'm not a touch typist.

Great computer if you need the basics. I use this to watch YouTube video. Answer emails and do some online banking. No lag or stuttering. Has a backlit keyboard for the sale price that I bought it for it was an amazing deal

Purchased at $150 for my wife. Simple computer to handle all school needs. Only con is that it's a little heavier. Screen quality is better than I expected at this price. Updates for another 3.5 years. Great buy

Works perfectly for what I need. I’ve been storing my files on Google Drive for awhile, so I don’t need a lot of physical memory space. It’s fast, gets a great Wi-Fi connection, and the camera is good quality. No complaints!

Great little Chromebook for my daughter. She worked hard to save her money to buy a laptop and we found an open box deal at our local store and it has been a really good option for her.

bought for my 72 year old father for christmas and he seems to like it so far. Some things are more complicated than what he's used to but he's adapting fairly well.

I had bought this for my daughter but she was not a good kid at the end of the year so had to return.

Major problems after less than a year. Internet connection inconsistent, worse than all other devices in my home despite this being the newest one. Mousepad broke in about 6-8 months. Keyboard unusable at 15 months. Will try a different brand next time.
