One of my letters popped out of keyboard too however i can still type it. Initially had issues rebooting but that has resolved. I personally do not recommend this Chromebook.

It is a little difficult to get it started. I bought this for my mother. I was told it was the easier one for older people and for a first computer. So my responce is I wish I would have gotten her a different one. For recomending it to others look into the computer itself a little more then I did. I went by the store recomendations
