The unit has some serious issues. One is that the letter and other symbols on the keys lack sufficient contrast with the keys themselves to be functional. They are just very hard to see at common typing angles. Some one else said this I thought they were exaggerating. I also found it to be a major stumbling block to use this Chromebook. I was also put off by its inability to play streaming television without frequent stumbles, and black outs. Same location, had no problem with phones and other laptops. Otherwise, it worked well especially for the money. I just did not want to take a chance on never being satisfied. Especially for the hard to see keys. Quickly returned.
