It is perfect for those who only want to accomplish simple things like surfing the internet, email, watch netflix, etc. Highly recommend for just having as a basic computer that is fast and reliable.

She also didn’t like that the keys letters/numbers were hard to see in regular lighting. I think this is because the keyboard is backlighted.

It is not dependable. Had four of them and returned them all. Meanwhile our laptops are all Asus which are dated, yet work fine.

Didn't last long

Used a handful of times. Was kept in the box we purchased it in when not in use. It had a 1 yr warranty so I sent it in only to be told it had water damage, which wasn't caused by us and that voids the warranty but I can fix it for $250, ridiculous! Had to be in the store when the water damage happened but they refused to help, now we are out $200 and a computer! Will never shop best buy again or purchase this brand.

Hardware and software on this one is def top of the line compared to most chromebooks. very happy i went with this one.

The Chromebook will only supports applications available at the Google Play Store and Chrome Web Store. It will not support Windows-based applications unless this DJ application is a web-based application that can be acccessed or can run through a Chrrome web browser. There isn't anything fancy about it, but for the price i cant complain

The only way to see the keyboard is to be in a dark room. That's very inconvenient and not practical.

In order to improve the color contrast of the keys, we recommend to turn off the keyboard backlit, or adjust the keyboard brightness level while working in a well illuminated room or area, by tapping the hotkeys, "Alt + dim(small brightness icon)", repeatedly. Not so good.

Something when you opened the chromebook the hinges would go so far back and the tablet would shut off but if u closed it a little it would work but only giving you about 3-4 inches to sandwich the screen.
