Idea of return in less then 10 mins of running software. Forcefully has you running their own programs and unable to use google engine for basic searches.

Internet security or antivirus software is integrated, no need to purchase the software or application separately. Besides, it is low-cost and lightweight, and supports thousands of popular computing applications, both in Chrome and Android, and Linux applications as well. Troubleshooting didn't help any and it was 1 week outside the best buy warranty period. Can't really recommend it to anyone based on that

Chromebook is a waste of money

It has it's own OS and most of the programs that we use couldn't be loaded on this system. We returned it and bought an HP windows 11 based OS and are very happy with that product.

And most Windows applications are now web-based which can be run through a Chrome web browser without problem.
