    I'm totally disappointed with this product. I was never able to do anything with it. It kept showing an error message; stating, my information was not secured.

    I ordered a 17 inch laptop and this came instead. Got stuck with web services that were included, not a good shopping experience.

    A decent Chromebook but I selected it specifically because it shows as having a touchscreen on bestbuy.com Will be returning it because the device I got when ordering definitely doesn't have a touchscreen

    When I looked it up on line, I asked for laptop computers. This thing is nothing more than a glorified cellphone that cannot make a call. It absolutely does me no good. I'll give it to my Granddaughter for Christmas to play her online games.

    Definitely not a Touch Screen

    I should have listened to the review. The specs on this laptop say "Touch Screen: Yes" which it certainly is not. I understand there are different "Models" of laptop, so assign the correct specs to the associated laptop. This was a monumental waste of time that I will never get back. Just getting a refund for the laptop will not refund my hours of wasted time. This product needs to be taken down and advertised correctly.

    Chromebook Issues! No OS?

    I grabbed this laptop for my 8th grader to use for school, she attempted to boot it up and it had no operating system installed. I took it in to the Geeks and he chuckled And said "yeah, Chromebooks are basically crap, built with crappy parts". He said he could try and install the OS but it may cause issues down the line. He said find anything other than a Chromebook. I bought a Lenovo!

    I bought to work while on vacation and it stopped working in less than 24hrs.Could not work.I paid $130 and got refunded $97.I lost $70 dollars with this purchase.$20 per round trip to pick it up and take it back cause I don’t have a nearby Best Buy.

    I am extremely impressed with this Chromebook. I love the fact that it DOES NOT have a touch screen. I cant stand to have my screen smudged up. As another reviewer reported it DOES have 8GB ram. This computer is night and day better than the $100 basic Chromebook! For an extra $20 you get a full HD screen, a backlit keyboard, twice the ram, and a processor that is twice as fast. All in all a crazy good deal. The one downside for me is the AUE (software update cutoff) is June 2026.

    Bought this for my 80 year old retired friend. She worked with a computer so she does understand basic functions. I needed something that would be simple enough to use for emails and searching things online and this was perfect. She's able to navigate it and whenever she does something to the computer it's easy for me to guide her over the phone and give her instructions on how to fix it. It's not powerful by any means, but it does the job for a retiree with minimal computer skills.
