IF YOU ARE EVER BUYING A LAPTOP FOR ANY REASON MAKE SURE THE MEMORY IS ABOVE THE 4 GB. You wont even be able to update to the most current system software..

I also ended up returning it like I did three others this year and I lucked up and got a brand new HP laptop loaded with MS Office, 1 yr. Free trial, 30 day trial antivirus all this for $245.00 at Office Depot.
