It's Fine I Guess

Unfortunately Windows 11 uses 51gb storage and 3.4gb ram to run, apparently. The laptop lags when using the web. Not worth more than $125, but I paid 90$ so I'm not mad.

I went online and found this reasonably priced laptop that met my needs. I was able to take the test and this laptop is now used for general browsing and gaming and works great.

ASUS warranty worthless, Best Buy does not care
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the laptop in August 31, 2024. 6 months later tried to use it for ZOOM. Microphone does not work. The laptop is not under store warranty, but it is under ASUS warranty. ASUS tech support cannot fix it by phone. Their website sends to BestBuy for "warranty service". Best Buy refuses to provide any assistance for free. So, the laptop is of no use for me, ASUS warranty does mean anything, Best Buy does not care. One star is one too many for this laptop, ASUS and Best Buy.

Hard Reset
1. Remove the AC adapter.
2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect AC adapter.
4. Turn on the power of the device.
