Ordered an open box laptop and Missing power cord. Have ordered several laptops with no issues. Called the store and was told I would have to drive back to the store that’s 40 minutes from my house to get a replacement charger or exchange. I Ask if they can send me one and they said no. So why should I waste gas to drive 40 minutes, not going to happen. Disappointed Loyal Customer.
