The laptop does its job with good value. It isn’t the fastest laptop. But the price is a lot less than others. Pretty happy with purchase.

Very disappointed in Best Buy. Been a good customer for years with no problems. Ordered an open box laptop and Missing power cord. Have ordered several laptops with no issues. Called the store and was told I would have to drive back to the store that’s 40 minutes from my house to get a replacement charger or exchange. I Ask if they can send me one and they said no. So why should I waste gas to drive 40 minutes, not going to happen. Disappointed Loyal Customer.

This is a very affordable laptop you can use for basic web surfing and watching youtube. I'm using it as a beater laptop for my kids.

It was refurbished and most of the time refurbished PCs have problems like this one had and barely function. I also ended up returning it like I did three others this year and I lucked up and got a brand new HP laptop loaded with MS Office, 1 yr. Free trial, 30 day trial antivirus all this for $245.00 at Office Depot.
