Found that the core processors overheat which causes the laptop to turn-off. When running laptop on battery only, it doesn't over heat and works swimmingly. I've owned it a month.

Certainly understand the inconvenience if the laptop overheats and will auto-shutdown randomly with the AC adapter connected.
Please ensure Windows update are installed in order to enhance the power management services within the OS.
If Windows is current and the auto-shutdowm still occurs, we recommend taking it to a BestBuy location for diagnostics and testing.
