Stops working quickly

However, only 1 month passed, and the audio stopped working completely. I never moved it from the desk I put it that, so it wasn't because of poor treatment. I contacted Best Buy, and didn't even do anything about it because it fell out of their window to return it. Is the expected lifetime of this 1,500 dollar laptop 1 month? I'm frankly disappointed.
