Good speed storage for the price

No issues & glad that I bought it. The only small issue is the light feel of the keys. They reach ok, but you have to make sure that you hit them well.

The computer has features that I am still learning

They start off black and slowly turn to color thereby causing me to miss part of the pictures. I d NOT know who to contact about this problem. In the store is appears ok but at home it is bad.

Missing a lot of basics

It is more than difficult to utilize the mouse pad AND the right/left click button simultaneously. To be any thing approaching efficient, I have to utilize an external mouse. The WiFi receiver is pathetic. I have to be in the room with the router to get a reliable signal. This laptop demonstrates PEFECTLY the old adage "You get what you pay for". I would not recommend this laptop to anyone, unless they want to buy mine. Then, it comes highly recommended.

The keyboard works well and have had no problems. I like ASUS as I have never had problems with them like HP and some others.
