This is a entry level laptop. Perfect for normal web stuff along with basic ms office usage. Plastic construction and feels cheap. I’d better a better model.

bought this for our son who uses it for keeping track of his patients he is a physical therapist he also uses it for a really old computer game it works fine for his purposes

It gets the job done. We use it for YouTube TV & surfing the net. It is slow to power up but after that it runs great, looks great, lightweight. Does the job for the money.

When I was looking for a laptop, I was not sure how this one would perform. I love it. Does what I need it to do. Plus it was on sale. Boots up extremely fast. The only thing I found out after Ipurchased it is that it does not have a dvd drive. I guess I assumed all laptops did.

This laptop is very quick and would be great for students. Keep in mind it is a beginner computer without too many bells and whistles but it will get the job done!

solid entry level computer. not the fastest, not the slowest but we don't need it for anything fancy other than general office and web stuff. works great so far.

this worked out well considering all lap tops were gone due to covid. i used it in a medal office for patient tracking and medical work.

While this laptop works great for everyday use, I highly recommend using a mouse and pad if you don't want to keep retyping words.

The specs are great for the cost, the speed, functionality of the system are all what I wanted. However, I really underestimated the user interface aspect assuming that a keyboard and touch pad are impossible to screw up. There's a known issue with the touch pad. Within a couple of days the ability to scroll suddenly went away. That might sound minor, but imagine having to go grab and drag a scroll bar on everything you do. This is a function that one uses every few seconds under normal conditions. Also, when typing, if your palm grazes the touch pad, it will bump the cursor into a previous text line causing everything you've typed to become out of whack. Just extremely frustrating usability. I contacted ASUS tech support regarding the issue. They had me reinstall the driver which did nothing. Their second suggestion was to reinstall the operating system. Yay! Since I just bought it, and didn't have a whole lot saved to the PC yet, I decided to give the reinstall a shot. Not only did it not restore functionality to the touch pad for scrolling, I lost all of my apps, and had to basically start everything over. All in all a hard lesson learned and I'll definitely be purchasing more expensive laptops in the future. Also, I'll be hard pressed to ever consider buying another ASUS. I thought all PCs were created equal, but that's just not the case.

Just bought this laptop today, so it might be a little early in the game, but so far it has performed admirably. Pretty fast loading webpages and smooth.

3 stars because the battery doesn't last too long and it is a bit slow. has everything you need though its okay

I like the laptop however there is a learning curve when learning the apps and where everything is. I think once I learn how, it will be a great day!

I bought this for my son's first year in college as an engineering student. It can handle the CAD software he needs without lagging too much.

Nice laptop. Clear and colorful display. Solid state drive starts quick and shuts down quick, Great for home and light office use. So far so good.

The laptop works fine for it's purpose.. It was purchased for younger children to use for homeschooling.

I have had this laptop for nearly a year now and absolutely love it! I use it mostly for browsing the internet and crafting with my Cricut and it does everything that I need it to. I would definitely recomment it!

My last laptop crashed and I needed a new one. This is perfect for the price and I can get done everything I need. Not a lot of hard drive space and no disc drive, but I don't need either of those, so this fit my needs and price!

Our 10-year old needed a computer for school work as well as for playing games on and we needed a computer that would last a few years for her.

Great laptop for the reason I purchased it. I have a local AV company and it is used once or twice a week when I go out to do an event. I only use it to get online and PowerPoint. Work great.
