Okay for general use

Came with MS Office so that's why I bought it. Basic laptop that does what I need which isn't much.

It is very touchy and there's no way to adjust (that actually makes a difference). The zoom feature also has no way to turn it off so you'll accidentally double click or move your hand across the pad and it zooms in out out wildly and it happens all the times. You constantly have to double or tripe click links because the cursor always moves. Also, there is no backlight on the caps lock so you need to test before you type something. The speakers are so low, you'll need to attach headphones or an external speaker to be able to hear anything. I wish I had returned it withing a few days of purchase but I figured the issues were stuff that actually had fixes or they would resolve themselves but nope.

Thank you for writing a comment. I certainly understand your dissatisfaction with the touchpad and the inconvenience not having a illuminated Caps Lock key.
The touchpad is a smart device, please allow some time to get use to the multi-touch function of the pad. In order to improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, please install all recommended WINDOWS Update. If you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect the responsiveness of the touchpad.

Fine but don’t love screen

The records can’t be accessed on a Mac, so I had to buy a computer. It works fine but I have a hard time seeing images on the screen. The images aren’t sharp and seem fuzzy
