For the price, this laptop can't be beat. I bought it for my daughter for school. She loves it. I use it from time to time. it's not the fastest computer and the plastic appearance is not top of the line but it performs well.

This was an incredible price but I didn't realize it did not have a DVD player. I don't know if it is Windows 8 or the fact that I have Family Safety enabled or not but it runs extremely slow. But it does do the job.

bought this computer just for surfing. Got tired using my 8" tablet and needed something bigger. On two occasions I bought larger size tablets and was not satisfied and returned them the next day. I decided nothing would satisfy me but a computer. About two months later I got on bestbuy.com and saw this computer on sale. I went to the store and bought one. Love it, using it right now. I am completely satisfied.

I got this product as a back up for office use. The weight is great for times when I have to travel. It is small, light and very easy to operate. I love this computer.

This computer is extremely fast and runs great. I have not had any issues with it. It uploads and downloads things perfect. Windows 8 is on it and it is great. It take a little getting used to, but so far so good. I couldn't believe the weight of this computer, so light and so thin. It is extremely portable. I love it

While I state it is constructed of cheap plastic, there is a good reason for this. The manufacturer shaved cost to produce a value PC with performance. My son has been using it for at least two months and loves it.

This computor is very good for money. Playes light gaming and other basic things :)

It's an ok laptop, it's worth the money. Don't expect to do heavy tasks or run high performance programs. Works great in a house for a person who just want to use for chat, social networks and office documents.

As I said, as long as all you need to do is to stream videos, surf the web, hit the social medias, make a couple of words, power points and excels, listen to music, etc. You will be excellent with this computer, it has all the common features now at days and I get +3hrs of real battery life which is excellent.

The day before my son left for college his laptop died. I needed a good computer with a REAL good price! I went to Best Buy and bought this laptop. It is nice looking, was easy to use and my son uses it as his TV when not doing class work and he loves the picture quality! Good Job Best Buy! You made my day!

Laptop arrived safe and sound. Good quality! It fully meets my expectations. Toughest part is getting used to all new/updated formats for everything. It is a little overwhelming. But I saved considerable money buying on line. Hopefully it will continue!

This was a gift for my husband, who is quite far away from me on the technologically-gifted spectrum. He needed something for a beginner with little to no computer skills, and this fit the bill. He's progressing along nicely...I feel like a proud parent now.

This computer is a really good one if you needed just for basic things (e-mail, youtube, watching movies).

I bought it for general use. Weight is good for its size. I would recommend it if you just want a regular computer.

This laptop packs alot of bang for the buck! It may seem cheap due to the price, but let me tell you it us awesome! It has a huge storage capacity and fast speeds. It boots up fast, and apps load quickly. It streams and downloads efficiently without a hitch. I would recommend this laptop to anyone!
