I got this laptop for my 7 y/o son who plays minecraft and a couple of other games on it. It's light weight make it easy for him to carry it around. I have had no issues with it.

This was a great buy for the money. I would recommend it to anyone.

got as a gift for elderly parents who wanted things really set up for them so they can click and use the hdmi streaming for netflix and xfinity...easy set up and go for them

I use this laptop for surfing the web and some work/school functions. I am not a gamer, so I don't know how well this laptop would work for gaming. Great value for the price.

Bought this for my mom as a birthday present, she doesn't use it for more than internet or email so it's been perfect for her.

Great computer, starts up and shuts down very fast

Just purchased computer for my son, so far everything is good.

As mentioned in the summary, this laptop has a very cheap feel to it. I was very excited to get this, ignoring all the bad reviews and hoping it will run well. The one thing I liked was how quick the in store pickup was. Less that 5 minutes after I issued the order, I got an email that said it was available. Also, the laptop got to the home screen within about 2 seconds after opening. Other than that, the keyboard was loud and seemed to almost sink down when you typed. The buttons were flimsy along with the rest of the laptop. When it comes to the inside of the laptop, I was also dissapointed. The processor was slow and couldnt run much. I suppose this was on me and my bad judgement, but it ran minecraft horribly. Very laggy, crashed a lot. Not recommended for gaming really.

Good for basic software usage and web surfing.. Not for gamers

This was a nice computer for the price. I did not like windows 8 on it at all. The touch mouse was very sensitive to movement. Sometimes when typing...it would not type some of the letters. You could not insert a camera card in it to download pictures not compatible at all for this.

responsive...good screen will be looking forward to windows 10

Great laptop for someone on a budget who wants a good laptop!

My son needed to write an essay for school, but there was no Wordpad or Notepad on the computer to do so. I contacted bestbuy online and they told me I had to purchase it! Did not like that at all... :( Also when you type you can hear the strokes, that was a bit annoying as well.
