This is a good basic laptop with the fatal flaw of having a terrible trackpad. The trackpad literally hurts my thumb when I need to frequently left click. It is a single pad without separate mouse buttons, and the pad is too stiff and large to easily left click. I purchased a wireless mouse, but even that isn't a great solution for when I want to sit on a couch and update a spreadsheet with ease.

Works great it has a huge screen it's a little slow but it gets the job done.

I returned this laptop. Not sure if the problem was with windows or the laptop. The laptop would just change the clock time randomly. Spent many hours of time on the phone with support and re-installed the entire operating system but still had the problem.The person at customer service was very condescending.

Good low cost computer for social media, Email and surfing the internet.

This notebook is amazing. I got this for only $187.99! For a basic laptop, it does everything great, for things like word processing, email to watching online videos, the processor with the combination of 4 GB DDR3 in this thing can take it all in a zippy. The audio in this thing is also good for its price but a little lacking on the bass. Fortunately, you can adjust the sound with an equalizer. And one of the most excellent thing about this notebook is it is so light! I own a Dell Inspiron 14z 14 inch laptop and this Asus 15.6 inches does feel lighter! it feels like it only weighs less than 4 lbs. Lastly, I don't know if this laptop gets hot, I watched a lot of videos with this thing laying down on my bed bareback with no laptop cooler and it still stays cool! You don't need laptop cooler for this thing. Now the bad about this laptop is that I feel the design could be better. The appearance does look cheap, its all look cheap plastic. Only got 2 USB ports (1 - 2.0 USB, 1 - 3.0 USB) on the left only and no indications if your Caps Lock and Num Lock is on. Overall, I love this thing! I'm an owner of laptops costing about $1000.00 or more but I'm so in love with this cheap laptop!
