The computer does the basic job but I am not impressed with the overall use of the computer. I would advise buying a different brand and spending the extra money for the touchscreen as well.

In my opinion we are extremely happy with this lap top and if needed I would purchase it again.

This is a low-cost laptop that includes all major features for daily usage. The Intel Celeron processor with a small Cache, running at 2 GHz is not the fastest, yet together with 4 GB of RAM is fully capable of handling all routine assignments, such as word processing, PowerPoint applications, surfing the web, etc. However, multitasking is not recommended or a bottle-neck effect may occur. All in all, a worthy computer for the price of $199.

The Asus Laptop is lightweight fast, plays very good dvd's has a 500 gigs of hard drive and 4 gigs of ram was easy to setup. This laptop is a great deal for the money. I hope it comes on sale again so i can buy another.

Great laptop for everyday use. Can't complain. The build quality doesn't feel cheap either.

Basic Windows machine. Got it on sale or would probably have picked something else with more features. It is used primarily for online coursework so the basic features are adequate.

This lap top helped make this Christmas the best Christmas ever for my 11 year old grandson

Windows 8 is confusing, but I'm happy with the laptop itself. Its a great price and easy to start.

this was a replacement laptop for my son. being near christmas i got it for a very good price. and it has all the bells and whistles i was looking for. thought about keeping it for myself and giving him my old one

It works great. I have had no problems. My daughter is enjoying it everyday all day.

For $199, 4gb memory, 500 gb hard drive, cd/dvd, wifi and full keyboard is a monster bargain.

Was able to purchase an item that sold out from the sale. Because Clayton informed me it may become inactive because could not order. I called twice to check. Second I called I put on hold and went in and bought it for 188... vs 250.00. So glad he told me !!

I was buying this for my mom who does do much more that surf. I ended up returning it. It feels very hollow and cheap.
