Easy to set up but haven't had a chance to do a lot on the laptop yet. Keyboard feels a little different but I'm sure with time it will be fine.

This is a great deal for a student or a Web surfer that don't require gaming speed. It's not going break and CPU benchmarks but then, it's not built to either. It's got greater video playback that most Chrome books and can be used as a real computer which the Chrome book can not. If your looking for a basic computer with Web and CD burning capabilites then this should be on your list for sure.

Just starting to use it and learning windows 8.1. I do wish there were better instructions in the manual. Haven't used customer service so far.

Good for a starter computer for a college student or high school...any thing more and you need to upgrade

This is a decent laptop for the price although it can be slow when browsing the internet

I purchased this asus laptop and was very pleased with the quality of it. It is easy to set up and the battery lasts for hours.

For the price his is a great purchase. Was not looking for a gaming machine. This one was more than enough for basic tasks.

I've purchased two of these laptops as a present to myself and someone else. While i'm not a huge fan of the keyboard/mouse the laptop overall is good for the price. Photoshop has so far ran nicely and Internet programs run good as well. Overall it's a good laptop for basic needs.

This laptop would be great if the space bar worked. Sometime it just won't make a space and I have to go back and put spaces between every other word before I send an email. I would bring it back but I've been so busy at work, ( I give tax advice during tax season) and I desperately need a computer to do my work so I've have to make do for now.

It's a great laptop for the price I paid. The initial start up was fast, easy and very user friendly. It's very lightweight and the keyboard has a nice feel to it. I was originally in the market for a tablet but I came Accross this for just a little higher price

Like everything about it so far, but it needs to have microsoft office on it.

Has everything a kid going to college needs. Even has a Web cam for Skype. With the low price, you don't have to stress of it gets stolen or lost. Keep files and assignments on Dropbox and everything becomes replaceable. It comes with a real hard drive so you can use it for downloading matériel for assignments or online textbooks. Very easy to set up. It's not a powerhouse laptop. It's not winning the races, but it's a cheap real starter laptop if thats what's needed and can be replaced for little money.

Fantastic deal. Even though I'm not a fan of windows 8 it's still great. Big screen. Not too heavy and enough speed and memory for all tasks I do. Not an online gamer so I don't know if it's good for that. Very happy customer

Nice computer has some problems with windows 8.1 and my mouse but do not know if has to do with computer or windows, Key board is a little soft on the keys but not bad. Has good graphics with the games I play.
