Bought this for my 16 year old to do homework and enjoy Netflix and the Web, Got on sale - real value for quality laptop.

Bought this in a pinch when my 17" Dell loaded I7 quit working right in the middle of an important project. It is what it is a $300 budget laptop. Nice to have a 1TB HD. Machine loads are slow and responsiveness is the same. Plastic bits feel cheap and swirl pattern is hard to clean.

This is a very good laptop. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it. She is not a power user and she used it for Internet and Youtube most of the time. This laptop fits her need and with an excellent price. I rated it 5 stars not because of it's specs or power, but consider the price I had paid.

Windows 10 is a new learning process. Certainly not like windows 7 by a long ways. Great computer for the money though. I will learn how to run everything I'm sure.

I needed a inexpensive computer and Asus is a great brand. This perticular unit the keys feel sponge, not crisp. Screen is very clear speed is what could be expected for the price. I guess it is the keyboard and touchpad that makes it feel cheap. I would only recommend to a friend after he tried it so he knew what to expect.

My desktop computer died and I decided it was time to switch to a laptop,but I needed one fairly quickly, so I had to look at what was available in stores instead of online. I had always heard good things about Asus as a brand, so I researched this computer compared to similar models and I liked what I saw. This is a good mid level system for someone who mainly uses their computer for simple programs and internet usage. The i3 processor and amount of RAM is all I needed for what I use my computer for. It starts up quick and runs smooth. The built in webcam isn't the best by any means, but I don't really use it so that doesn't bother me. If you're going to be doing anything that's heavy on RAM and/or graphics usage (high end gaming for example) you'll want to get something with more power to it, but for my needs this works great.

Love the convenience of this laptop and the speed. It's a great size for on the go

This laptop is fast and responds quickly to the tasks performed. Have not had any problems with it, I just wish that Asus would make the power cable longer.

got the computer on black friday, good price, going to use it to view gopro videos! still need to practice windows 10. should be a cheap laptop to learn on

A fast, well made, low priced laptop. My only complaint is that the sound quality is tinny but that may be the result of the low end price. The deciding point for me was that it was an ASUS system and they have very good reliability.

This is a decent computer for the price. My son will be using it for college.

quality are ok for the price and not flimsy and design looks good. My first Asus product purchased, I would say overall it's more than my expectation.

This laptop was purchased with surfing the web and reviewing e-mails. With 4GB of memory and 1 TB of space, this would be great for a high school or college student. Having a wide range of music on here wouldn't be an issue. It is definitely not a mac book air, but the price point is not bad.

I was really impressed with this laptop. My son has downloaded some game making programs and has not had any issues. Very clear graphics and not laggy. Great size and like the non slick top. Very pleased with the purchase especially at such a great price. Shipped quick. No negative comments.

Purchased another computer made by HP, didn't even come close to what I needed. My Asus meets my needs above and beyond my expectations. Can multi task with lots of open windows without worry of slowing down.

Just got this for my daughter and one for my elderly mother for Christmas. So far so good. It was easy for my daughter to figure out how to use it.

This was a replacement laptop to one I'd had fro 2 years. As a basic functional machine it has been adequate, however the keys are not as flexible
