It was complicated to start with, but once I was comfortable with Windows 10, it got better.

Great laptop for the price. Works great. This is an Asus laptop I3 core. Very satisfied with processing time. We already owned a tower Asus and another Asus laptop with an I7 processor. Does what I expected!!!

Although it runs slow, it is perfect for my book work, which is kept all off line anyway. The only reason we bought a Windows laptop is to use Quicken for my husbands business bookkeeping. We have all Apple products but are not happy with the Mac version of Quickens, so we bought this just for his books! Works great for our needs!

Bought this laptop for my grandson who is a sophomore in high school. He absolutely loves it because it is fast, versatile and light weight. His class projects are not such a chore anymore thanks to his new PC.

Went into the store and told the guy I needed a good laptop. He brought me this one & it was everything my husband wanted. This was an Xmas gift & he loves it. I even got it lower than what it was on sale for!

Product is great. Flawless screen display, quiet, never hot, great for schooling and some game playing. Definitely worth buying, lightweight and fast, something I would recommend to everyone (esp. students).

Great laptop for the price. Won't let me download chrome, but we've settled with Firefox.

I am pleased with the computer. I use it for games and connect it to the large screen TV to watch movies. Facebook and other e-correspondence works well.

Great computer however an update that was loaded was never installed which was keeping me from being able to use the computer. I had to use the tech line for them to dial in and they said if it was too involved there would be a fee. This upset me to some degree as I had only owned the laptop for 4 hours. They ended up getting me up and running and it didn't cost anything, but that was a little frustrating.

Perfect for completing school work or doing research. Affordable.. It gets the job done.

I like the computer, but the keyboard is a bit big.
