Ok, but would've purchased a different computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was very hard getting used to this computer after having a hp I don't like the fact you must have a password to turn the device on and the mouse is extra sensitive. The screen zooms in and out on me all the time then when I try to increase or decrease I can't make it happen. If I could do it over I would get another hp. And it didn't come with a firewall! I found that out the hard way.

She is starting online classes soon and I wanted her to have something more convenient than the home computer. She has to get used to Windows 10, but she loves it and it will suit her needs.

Good value - nothing fancy

The only thing that could be improved would be the screen resolution (although of course that would add cost). This laptop has been reliable.
