This laptop does what I need it to do at a great price. I am not a gamer but do watch tv and movies using it. I particularly like that it does not heat up and I don't hear the continuous fan sound that I have heard with other laptops.

The computer itself is nice but having trouble with the Windows 10 software. Trying to use it for overhead projection of power point and videos. Hard to find the setup for sound and monitors. Also the sound card in the machine isn't very loud without adding external speakers. It does interface with the Wi-Fi on my Blackberry phone quite well and the streaming video is good.

She loves her new computer because she uses it for school and she can also stream videos and use the camera for video chat. She loves the fact that she has so much space available to save all her information! Will highly recommend!!

Its exactly what I need for basic web searching! Great overall laptop

This laptop is good for school assignments as well as to use for entertainment. Also good for social medium.

I have had experience with ASUS in the past with great results. First bought a $259 HP laptop that was slow and not well done. Returned and bought the ASUS at $299 and am very happy with the purchase and BEST BUY service. Well done

Does what a laptop does- case seems robust- keyboard a little twitchy

It works, but for heavy load programs it just too slow, also Dvd Drive is very slow. Battery life is great.

I USE IT FOR SIMPLE THINGS BUT IT IS ACTUALLY A GREAT LAPTOP. IT IS A LITTLE ON THE HEAVY SIDE BUT NOT BAD.

Would of rated it five stars but the mouse on the computer stopped working and I had to reboot the computer

I had an idea of what I was looking for, the salesman very helpful and took his time answering my questions

I was replacing my last Asus laptop so I just assumed this one would be just a newer faster version of the last.. this one is slower and the trackpad is horrible. we are not asking this laptop to do much and still it's overwhelmed. lots of time waiting for it to do simple tasks like "open firefox".

This computer is user-friendly. It is also light weight and easy to travel with. The graphic for videos and pictures is of high quality. The touch screen needs the slightest product t touch. I would highly recommend this product.

PC came with Windows 10 p re-loaded. Initial setup and customization was easy. More than adequate video and graphics. Tutorial s and help utilities are great and user friendly.

I had to return the first laptop after 20 days due to a defective wifi card. Best Buy was very accommodating and replaced it was a new laptop. The replacement works fine and I would highly using Best Buy and buying this laptop. .

I bought this laptop for my wife who is not a power user. I have a similar ASUS laptop with greater capacity and have been very happy with it, so I decided to stick with ASUS.

I am very happy with my laptop. It is light weight and easy to use.
