First time I powered this laptop up there was smoke coming from the power adapter port. Laptop seems to be running fine, although I did not bother removing the case or contacting ASUS as they charge to ship them the unit for RMA which is bad since I purchased it DOA. If the unit does start acting funny I'll be forced to deal with ASUS customer service. I am an avid ASUS fan, that being said I only typically purchase ROG devices. This laptop was a Christmas gift for my mother but I have owned 4 ROG laptops and many many many computer components, monitors, motherboards etc.. ASUS customer support is the absolute worst, but they do make some fantastic products if you are lucky enough not to have any issues.

I bought the computer for my boyfriend and when he opened it he loved it but the internet wouldn't allow us to use google Bing or anything except Microsoft Internet we took it to Best Buy and they wouldn't me to pay to have it fixed he had never even used it the guy finally fixed it free of charge and it works perfectly now

I will NEVER buy an HP again. Asus is so much better. It runs smoother without getting hot. My HP started having issues nearly as soon as I bought it. This computer hasn't had any problems so far.

The computer seems to work fine. it was slowing down until the Cache was cleared . Should work fine for my needs

This computer is quite user friendly. It is light, sturdy, and has a fast processor. I have not found any areas that need to be improved as of yet.
