I bought for my nephew for his school. He loved it.

The ASUS computer is great. I'm not happy with MS 10.

Everything was good, and I am enjoying this product.

I had been watching this particular Model for awhile waiting for it to go on sale , when it did it was difficult to locate one as they were being discontinued for a new Model . The sales associate ( Emma ) at the local store in Phx. , Az. went beyond what usual sales persons do in helping me locate one . While I wanted a new one it was not to be found , she located an open box unit in her own store ( Geek Squad Cert. ) with no damage & no parts missing at a great price & put it aside until I got there to make purchase . While there all my questions were answered with regards to Warranty & Registration & she had the Geek Squad answer my questions about increasing Ram capacity if possible , overall a great experience .

Screen is sharp, response time is fast, keyboard nice feel. love the mouse accessory. RAM more than adequate.

Was looking for a laptop that was up to date for today's internet. Most of what I use a laptop for is to surf the internet (YouTube and motorcycle forums). I don't use it much for anything else. The Best Buy staff was great and explained that, for my use, I should look for the fastest processing speed. For this Asus it levels at 2.2 GHz and according to the staff, this was a really good speed for the internet. I don't like the touch screens either so this Asus saves me money by not having that feature. So far, no problems. Everything works fast, the downloads are quick and I am satisfied! Plus, this laptop comes with a CD-ROM drive, as I am old-school and like things simple and easy! Good buy for the money.
