    If you are looking for a beginning laptop for your kids, this does the job. It is very bare and has some issues (such as volume control button not working). It allows my son to go online and play games and work in google docs

    The laptop is nice and suits my purposes. The software however sucks. I really hate windows10 and can't seem to get back to windows7. I would not buy this brand computer again. The geek squad people are very supportive.
