What I needed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a laptop that I could watch a tv show on, use microsoft office, play music in itunes, and runs quickly while on the internet. This laptop has met my needs. There were a few issues the first few days and I had a friend look at it to make sure it was set up correctly. It was and just had to work it's own kinks out and now two months later, I'm very happy.

Great laptop , great price

They just walked around me. So frustrating. I left and went to another best buy and the rep asked a lot of discovery questions and led me to what I needed for a price I could afford. My only complaint was I was handed off to a cashier fir my purchase and was told I had no rewards. 2 days later I got an email saying don't forget to use your reward. Bummer. Also was a little hesitant about the large size because I travel a lot, but I love the large screen to navigate my online classroom with ease. Everything I needed.
