    I bought this product for school and so far it has served its purpose. I have yet to begin with any intense use of this laptop, but i feel that it will live up to its name . I recommend this laptop for students who need a computer for reports and classes.

    I am not happy with customer support at all. I have had problems with the monitor since 1 month after purchase. They said it's because I have many viruses on it. Seriously!?! That was not the issue. Poor poor customer service@

    This does everything the average person needs a laptop for. Processing is fairly quick and web surfing is a breeze. This was for my mother who is 78 years old. Once past the initial learning curve, she has come to really like the laptop.

    I wished there were documents for Windows 10 . The computer had to be checked by Geek Squad since there was a problem with it. It took 5 days before I got my computer fixed. Your telephone system is terrible, I never could get a live person.

    OVERALL IT SERVED IT'S PURPOSE AND MORE MY GRANDSON NEEDED TO FINISH A PROJECT FOR SCHOOL AND MY DELL STOPPED WORKING, DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET (MAJOR) REPAIRED SO I SEEN THIS AT A GREAT PRICE ORDERED AND PICKED UPSAME DAY IN STORE.

    I actually thought it won't last long but it's working great. It is slow but I got what I paid for. It's good for normal web browsing or other normal stuff. It can serve it's purpose as a backup laptop or a temporary laptop.

    From the time I was setting it up I experienced little glitches. From taking a long time to missing letters while typing to not letting me login at one point. So I returned it within a week and chose a different computer (Lenovo).
