But, the price for value was good enough to get us to try an Asus laptop again. We are having a good experience this time.

Computer great, windows not so much

The computer itsself is great, dropped it on the floor accidentally and it was fine. Keys are quiet, ports are easily accessible.

Good value laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buying this Asus laptop was a little scary because I bought it after the Geek Squad determined the more expensive model I purchased had manufacturing defects. But I trusted Best Buy to stand by the product and it has worked out great. I saved money without losing any noticeable speed or features from the more expensive model. This model has a big screen and one of the best keyboards I've ever used.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works very well - bought this laptop for my college age daughter after her Samsung laptop was dropped and broke the screen - she has had no issues with this computer - bought this model as it was what she needed and was on sale at the time - no problems - happy with purchase - would by another one if needed - no hesitation in recommending this computer to anyone

Good laptop but learning curve needed

I wanted this program and am working on mastering the program. The Asus has a two file download file so if I get the choice where to save files, etc. I need to be mindful to purposely save in the D drive. The laptop also does not have a cap indicator which I miss. My experience with the computer besides the cap indicator has been positive and most issues I come across have more to do with Windows 10.

Good laptop for upgrading to Windows 10
