Purchased an 8GB RAM upgrade with this, and I've been pretty happy with it. Only complaint is that the display doesn't get bright enough.

Heard it was a good brand so I tried it. So far so good. I love that it is a little large but it is very light for its size. No complaints.

I was never able to use the product because it have major internet connectivity problem. Asus customer service is a mess. No contact number except by email, and it will take more than 48 hours before you get a response and response is not guarantee.

keyboard messed up in just a year. Most of the keys including caps lock stopped working

I've had nothing but positive feedback on this computer! My son uses it for homework and we have not had any issues with this computer!

First PC. Have had my Asus for 2 months, No complaints other than needing to load a dvd player (I assumed it was already loaded.) Noticed the brightness drops when I unplug it and run off the battery, but have no complaints with battery life. Still figuring it all out.

We've had this now for 4 months and love it. This was an open box unit and it works great. Great every day internet surfing, etc.

I purchased this as an open item laptop. It only came with the charger, which is all you really need. They did not offer me the Geek Squad Protection Plan which is why I didn't purchase it. The laptop works really well. It's used for college and home use. No gaming.

Color is horrible the arrow on the mouse jumps around the screen freezes up clarity just isn't what I expected. Am not satisfied!

Purchased this laptop for my daughter entering graduate school. Has everything she needs, and that makes me (and her) happy!

Very slow freeze all the times it work perfect for 30 day now takes a long time to star up I guess you get what you pay for

Do not like the plastic housing. Unable to rest hands on. Mouse pad picks this up.

Too many pop ups and blockers from McAfee. Needs number and cap lock lights. Windows pretty much requires touchscreen now.

We got this for my father in law and haven't had any complaints so far. Has pretty descent specs for moderate usage.

Bought this laptop for my sister kids. Laptop is good for the beginners. I would recommend to purchase this laptop.

Nothing fancy but for a basic computer to get on the internet and work in Office programs it does it's job.

Bought this to use in my office at work as my personal laptop based on the recommendation of a BestBuy team member. So far I have been happy with it; primarily using it for basic word processing, a management software and online work.

For the money this has turned out to be a great computer Easy and inexpensive to upgrade to 12 Meg's of ram

I am concerned that since I have purchased this computer, although it is plugged in, it has not yet charged.

I love this laptop it is small enough so I can carry it with me,but not too small either. I mainly use it for homework and streaming and it is Great! I've had it for over 1 years and it's still running as good as new.!!!!
