From the computer making creaking noises to certain keys not working, this laptop has been giving me headaches since I got it. Recently it crashed, within a month of owning it and I had to wipe the hard drive and stay from scratch.

At first I wasn't sure, the battery didn't charge right for some reason. But now it's up and going and perfect for my homework

It has been a good laptop. It is light compared to my old one. Had other 4 GB memory added on it to better performance.

These laptops work out great for us. All we need is to be able to run a browser and these are more than adequate for that!

Since I brought my Asus laptop I have had no problems with it and it excites me every time with a new start screen cover!

I remember when I purchased this, it had a broken key and Windows got stuck in a installation loop. Also the material was cheap and plastic, other brands around the same price range have more aluminum.

I like this laptop as a basic laptop to store backup information but just not to thrilled with Windows 10 and the idea of having a "mobile" operating system on a laptop. Reluctant to spend real money on anything else.

I bought it for my daughter so she could look up school research play games and watch videos she loves it. No problems.

This laptop is the best price for what i was looking for and the price was just right.

This is the best computer I have ever bought. The internet is super fast and it was easy to set up and use.

I asked the Best Buy associate on a computer th as the would be able to run quickbooks. This is the one I was told would work. I did not need gaming. It was agonizing slow...I returned it for a faster computer.

Excellent for email, web, and watching movies. Quick boot up and the speakers are quite impressive for the size.

Was a great purchase. My kids really enjoy it. I highly recommend it.

It was working great and running smoothly for the price until about 6 months into having it. It wouldn't let me click on the search bar in the windows toggle button in the bottom left hand corner so I couldn't search for any programs at will on my laptop. Then one day I turned it on and the screen wouldn't turn on! The power button was lit of but the screen was black! And haven't had the time to check out to see what the problem is but it sucks. If anyone has any suggestions as to why that happened and how it can be fixed, please let me know!

Well if I could give it no stars I would. Had to return this due to a bad hard drive. Kept shutting down and freezing up. Could just have been a bad one. BB refunded the full amount right away.

Bought for my son for high school. Great for him to take along with him to school or anywhere else.

This computer works well and has plenty of memory. Easy to navigate and screen is of good quality.
