BROKE SIMPLY BY OPENING IT. NORMAL PRESSURE ON PLASTIC BROKE SCREEN. CHEAPLY BUILT

Sometimes the ports can disconnect my devices when I dont even touch them.

This laptop works good most of the time but can be very slow at times.

Took me over a month to get used the different features - still not 100% there yet. I'm very tech savy and was surprised the difficult level ot this laptop..... The internet cuts out then returns - no trouble with my internet Don't like the pressure of free windows to use then you almost have to buy Windows.

computer stalls a lot. Takes way to long to move around from site to site

Sometimes the wifi disconects with no reason, and I can't connect again

It's does not hold a charge and will shut off and restart for not reason

This is a basic no frills laptop. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

For the price I paid it was a decent computer. Not fast.

I bought this laptop to replace an aging one. I assumed with an i3 processor and 4g memory that this pc would at least be fast for browsing, but right out of the box it is as slow as the one I am attempted to replace.

The laptop freezes, is falling apart with barely any use, and just has the worst layout possible. Mine has a defective C key that you have to press down on multiple times to register. I'd look into another laptop.

This is the biggest piece of garbage. You get what you pay for. I would give it less than one star if that were possible. Windows 10?, what a joke. The last good operating system windows had was XP. This computer has a ton of storage but good luck finding anything you put on it. It won't even load documents, even off line. Run away, hide, barricade yourself in your house. Do not buy this computer, you will regret it. Just purchased a MacBook Pro from Best Buy, love it! What did I do with my asus computer you ask? I used it like a frisbee

got this laptop today the best buy employee said this was the best laptop in the 200-300 dollar price I was surprised I got in open box for 50 dollars cheaper it is super fast camera works good has a lot of memory has a big screen has all the new intel in this computer it has a energy star and you can connect it to the tv all in all I love this computer and that's why I gave it a five star

From the start, there were software glitches. Instead of gambling with another Asus, I decided to spend a little more and get a better quality computer.

This was a decent, fast, and reliable laptop at first. Then about a month of little use, it slowed down dramatically. Great for a beginner laptop.

Started to act up a year after I purchased it. I guess I expected more use out of it. Next time I just need to invest in something better.
