I wish this worked better than it did. It had trouble connecting to the Internet for the week I had it, I never knew if it would work or not. Other than that I loved this laptop, but it is not reliable. My home wifi works wonderful with my desktop, my Google chrome and my husband and daughter's laptops without any problems - this unfortunately always had problems.

I bought similar Asus model 2 years ago and recently my wifi received died so that I can't connect now. Same thing happened to my Asus tablet, it worked for a year and then it kept loosing wifi connection. Stay away from Asus products - they will leave you hanging for connection!!!

Bought this laptop. Spec says max RAM supported is 12GB. Can anyone help me the steps to take to add additional RAM to make it 12GB. Recommend this laptop if 4GB RAM is thought to be sufficient. I bought this laptop with the hope that RAM can be expanded to 12GB. Thank you.

THis cpu is good for the price,but I can tell that it has a very weak processor.

This laptop is a great value for money. I would recommend to my friends.

Upon starting the laptop for the first time, the browser encountered script error and would not load anything, saying that the page was not safe, not a good sign. Later I also found out that the sound output from the speakers and output jack were very low, if you are doing any music listening watch out. Asus skimped on the sound board for this laptop, no amount of adjustment will yield any positive result., unless you buy a headphones amplifier.

I bought this computer at Sandusky Ohio Best Buy on January 21, 2016, and now all the screen says is "Aptio Setup Utility" with about 5 different thigs to choose from. After an internet search, I feel as if it is totally messed up. Spent hours on it. Still paying for it. MMM, wonder which credit card I used? Well, I've had laptops ever since they were sold, and my Sony Vaio is still running, but the college one for the kid...seems dead. I told him when he picked it out it was gonna suck. Dad's ALWAYS RIGHT, but, Dad's ALWAYS PAYING FOR IT!

Has everything I need and want. Lightweight and easy to use.

After reading reviews online, I felt pretty confident about this purchase. The first one I purchased would not turn on (after charging all night), I exchanged it for another; which booted. BUT half of the keyboard keys did not work. Returned it and not going back to ASUS.

It took me over an hour to get around the Microsoft/Bing default browser so I could install Google chrome and my Gmail accounts. It just WOULD not allow me to go there.

After nearly 5 hours on the phone with five different individuals with my internet provider and having to pay extra for PC support. We decided it just wouldn't work. Could not get the computer to log on to my internet. My other devices worked great - which is wonderful. Will have to take back to the store for a refund. Which is very sad as this was a lovely computer very nice to type on and great screen and color. So uttering upsetting - this has never happened before on any of my computers.

Had to buy a new laptop and found this one. Use it everyday and have no problems with it. It's a great laptop for a college student (reason why I bought it)

For the price and what I needed it for, it performs well. Wouldn't recommend for any gaming or large software

I have no complaints so far with my ASUS Laptop. This is the first time I have bought a brand other than HP and am happy with my purchase.

I just bought this laptop and its okay, its pretty slow, it lags, as well as the computer itself, i was expecting more from an ASUS..

Got it on during deal time and very satisfied with performance and quality.

I love it! I don't need a fancy laptop since I only use it for basic necessity. It's great.
