    I have to download office home that I bought wit the laptop and widows ten download and major issues. After about sixty dollars of my cost and hours with Microsoft tech I got windows office installed. After many more hours with Microsoft tech and another sixty dollars of data usage I gave up them and still dont have windows ten. They tell me it is the restriction of laptop software and webroot software

    Bought this laptop for a friend. Price was good but computer froze as soon as she set it up. Loaded Office 325 and now we can't reclaim the product because we turned the laptop in for a refund. Unfortunately, we don't know if it was just that one faulty laptop because we were told that this one was the only one available.

    Keyboard quit working after 5 months!

    I bought this computer because the previous two Asus computers that I bought worked well. However, after only 5 months the keyboard quit working. Some of the keys respond, others do not. I'm hoping it can still be fixed under warranty. If not, I'll probably never buy an Asus computer again.
