I went to Best Buy in person, looking for a laptop. I said I didn't want to spend a lot, but that I wanted a good laptop. The person seemed not very patient, and he basically convinced me I should get this laptop. I am not sure if it is the one I got, that has a problem... but this is the SLOWEST LAPTOP I have ever seen in life. I would not suggest that at all to anyone. If you have two different windows/programs open, good luck trying to open a third one. It will take forever. Most of the times the program will shut down by itself. VERY FRUSTRATING... I AM OVERLY DISAPPOINTED... I am NEVER purchasing any laptop or computer of this brand again... Yes, it was cheap, but it was a total waste of money... :(

I went looking for a decent laptop to replace my spouses laptop. His needs are pretty straightforward: full qwerty keyboard, decent screen, typical web surfing, word processing, email checking, etc.... This laptop seemed like a good fit. Purchased it on line and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the laptop was missing several drivers - specifically wireless, wired networking and sound. Returned it. Best Buy customer service, as usual, was amazing. I just wish the laptop would have been as amazing as Best Buy customer service and Geek Squad.

Very easy to use and nice for an inexpensive, yet quality laptop!

I've been looking forward to this computer for weeks. Found a local store that just got them in. Unfortunately, it didn't come with Windows 10 installed. Computer worked fine until I downloaded the Windows 10 update. From the point on, the screen would shake when it booted up, and the cursor was completely frozen. Called ASUS Tech support and wasted 45 minutes with no resolution. On my way back to the store to exchange this for a Dell. My first and absolutely last ASUS purchase!!
