    I did a lot of comparing and research before finally settling on this model. this brand has always been good to me, and compared to the one I bought just 3 years ago, I payed much less and got a much better product. could not be happier

    I had the 'older sister' to this laptop and it served me well, so when working with the Best Buy technician and deciphering the best laptop for me ended up being this one I knew it was a good choice.

    Positives - screen quality, size are good. Reliability - not so good, several keys are already not working so we will be taking it back for warranty repair soon. I'm frustrated by not only this laptop but my previous laptop not being as durable as I have come to expect.
