It doesnt have some of the bells and whistles, but had the things that were important to me, so I sacrificed extrqs to save money and get high quality on the features I was looking for. One problem - the piece that connects the screen and keyboard broke, and I havent had chance to fix yet. Friend had same computer with same issue. Maybe a trend?

Computer locks up a lot windows 10 is not user-friendly with prior programs, etc it just plain out sucks.

Disgusted that office is not loaded onto these computers and this has to be purchased separately.

No complaints about this computer. I've had it for about 5 months with no issues. A good $500 computer.

Very very good machine. It didn't come with a zillion pieces of software I had to uninstall. Setup was simple and straightforward. The only drawback to this model is that, for such a newer class of laptop, it doesn't support wireless at 5ghz. That came as a surprise. Other than that, there is no other big drawbacks.

Speedy and lightweight. This laptop is perfect for anyone looking for something reliable.

It fit the criteria I was looking for and a good price but the cursor kept "hanging up" like it was processing during simple internet activities and cruising through the features of the computer. I thought it might just be loading new programs but still did it over time. Returned it. Easy return.

Has been a great laptop, fast, easy to use, looks good

I bought this laptop thinking it would be a great deal because it's 500$ for an i7, but no I was wrong. I had to go out of my way to pick up this laptop and then once I got home to try it, it wasn't working as I expected. The laptop was very laggy and was always updating. I waited a week before returning this and as more and more days pass by, the laptop gets worse and worse. The sounds would screech when I'm watching videos or stream.

This laptop is a workhorse, My only issue is i wish i had a second power cable, they are tough to find even through asus

We bought this computer for work at the home and it definitely get the job done. Not a lot of frills like touch screen but is great for basic computer work

This was a good laptop, smooth keyboard and fast processing. But it was stolen by my own cousin.

Laptop has worked flawless. Light weight, decent power. Power supply seems kinda weak, but for basic computing needs, it works.

This laptop has a known issue with the keyboard going out and I am quite frustrated that I paid good money for this laptop and now I can barely use it because a lot of the keys on the keyboard don't work. I did get a protection plan but it is very time consuming to get it fixed.
