I like the laptop but I hate the touchpad, not easy to work for more than an hr.

Was very good when I first got it, not working so fast anymore

Bought this as an open box item not a bad value at its original price point but doesn't have a slot for an SSD in addition had nearly immediate hard drive issues. I'd probably go with a better model if I had to do it again.

We bought this computer but it was very slow and not what I am used too. I returned it and bought a different brand that worked better for the stuff that I needed to use it for.

Very good laptop for this price. Honestly I've surprised that New core i7 laptop is sold for only $499. only the disadvantage is that there's no caps lock/num pad light indicators.

I bought this one because this has Intel Core i7 and a 10 inch Asus laptop I had was not bad for about $200. But, I regret. Extrelmly slow, frequent freezings and too much errors. The worst Laptop I have ever used including much cheaper ones.

This is the worst notebook I have ever used although it's i7 and has 6gb memory. It's slow like a computer 20 years ago. It will get disconnected every few minutes. Really disappointed !!!

I didn't think I was going to want this laptop by the looks of it online but when I went into the store I seen it and I was like 'whoah, that's actually really nice'. It's fast and it can take all the games I've put on it (Sims 4 [which needs origin downloaded to work], Diner Dash, Alice Greenfingers (1 and 2) [needs a program downloaded as well]) So it can handle a few games on it without lagging or getting any slower. I've had the laptop for 2 (or so) days now and it's doing great. The battery life isn't the best, only about 3-4 hours with half brightness but that's fine with me for this is kept at home and I can keep myself plugged in. The speakers are great but they're not "beats" great. They're loud enough to permeate a room but not enough to irritate your parents in the next one over. The screen is large and the resolution is better than I thought it was going to be. The black back of the screen isn't smooth (which sucks for me because I wanted to put stickers on it) but it's fine. There are no lights for the numlock or the caps lock which confuses me sometimes but that's okay.

Great value. Plenty of power and storage for my wife. My only complaints are that the keyboard is a little spongy and Bluetooth would of been nice.

I will never buy an ASUS again! Pieces fell off. Turns off randomly. I hate this lap top!

The battery is broken in three months. I have to keep it plug in to make it work.

Run far from this laptop. You get what you pay for.

This laptop already beats my awful macbook pro with it's faulty hard drive cable. I've played Batman: Arkham Knight and Tomb Raider on normal settings. The ONLY downside is that it DOESN'T have bluetooth!! Which computers in today's day and age don't have bluetooth?!?! The caps lock and the num lock key indicator lights not being present is fine. There's a setting where you can hear different beeps based on if the caps lock or the num lock is turned on.

I was surprised to find a laptop with an i7 processor at my low price-point. The one issue I have is that it doesn't support 5ghz Wi-Fi; but, overall, I am happy with my purchase.

This a really good laptop. Battery life is a plus compare to my hp. And the price was great need to use to windows 10.but over all highly recommend this product.

I was looking to pay $400-$500 and this was my 2nd attempt. My 1st attempt was a Lenovo. It was beautiful, touch screen LCD 2in1 aluminum case....however it was junk. I returned it and got this one. THE CONS: I was disappointed that the key pad was clunky and didn't have any light functions, the case is plastic and it just feels cheap.the screen is a bit of a pain constantly changing angles to get a better view when playing games. THE PROS: Speaking of gaming, I played left for dead 2 which in the passed has been a bit to much to play on a laptop, this laptop plays it perfectly. I have had zero Wi-Fi connection problems, the laptop is smooth and fast. this I7 is pretty impressive. I would recommend this laptop.

Just got it set up, and i love it so far. The keypad is nice and smooth, just wish there was a light to remind me my num. lock, or caps lock is on. Service was also great, nice and helpful.

Had to purchase a new laptop out of necessity and this is a great laptop for basic processing and YouTube/streaming music at a good price.

I recently bought this computer at best buy and it's great. Love the speed, size, and how the keyboard is spread out. It works well with my MMO game. My only complaint is the mouse. Sometimes it doesn't click when I press down on it and I'm having to move my finger up a little higher. It really needs a separate pad like Dell/HP instead of one with a line on it.

At first I ordered this online and when it arrived the package looked like it had been run through the mud. When we turned it on, it did not run. After returning it for another in store, it ran but needed updated to run smoothly.
