Perfect for your average consumer, wish keys were backlit, other than that for the memory, storage and processor. Awesome product. Beats the Dell laptop I returned by a land slide

My son is very happy with this computer. It allows him to do many of the things he likes for fun and needs for school.

Bought this for my kids. They do homework and gaming. Graphics are great, it doesn't glitch or lag. Quick processing and runs all of our programs and apps. Awesome investment.

Owned for about 5 years, of which this served me well for about 4. Not sure if through my fault or planned obsolescence, the laptop screen will only stay on when plugged in, effectively rendering this a desktop. Webcam quality is pretty terrible. The ethernet port is one of those expanding doors and whatever holds it tight to the cable is now loose or broken, so the laptop can't move much without the ethernet cable falling out. This wouldn't be an issue if the wifi antenna continued to work properly. At a certain point, the laptop just wouldn't connect to a wifi network and wouldn't even recognize one until you restarted the computer. This makes ethernet a must have. Again, for most of its life, it was quick and responsive. But it definitely doesn't have the lifespan of a more expensive model.

This is a nice no frills computer that I use to surf and do email as well as occasional photo edits and documents.

I bought this item as open box and it was an exceptional deal under $400. The i7 processor is speedy and the RAM is enough for photo editing and light video editing.

After three weeks of research, we decided on this laptop as a backup to our primary laptop.Good choice so far

This computer serves it purpose. I just wish it came with a paper manual. I don't want to have to go online for every question. I also wish I would have asked more questions before purchasing it. I would not have bought it if I realized the keyboard didn't light up, or if I realized that I have to set up a password and then give my kids the password lso they could use it.

I use this for internet search, very basic word processing and spread sheets. It is perfect for my needs.

The Geek squad is the best! I purchased the insurance and it is well worth it! I have placed a few calls to them and they are always very helpful and courteous.

I bought this for my daughter as birthday present. She loves it. I can't say much else about it because I haven't used it myself. My daughter lives on her own.

The Asus laptop is an excellent design with great capability for price. It is light weight, has a good display and allows great flexibility with the DVD drive.

love this laptop its cheap lightweight and works well, only downside is the monitor portion of the shell isnt smooth so you get fingerprints on it alot

Great laptop and price with 6 gbs of ram with i7.upgradeable to 12gbs of ram with easy access to memory compartment. Paid 399.00 can't beat it. Case is not the strongest and no back lit keyboard but awesome laptop for student with few drawbacks based on price

This laptop has worked really well for me so far. Windows 10 compatibility with the Xbox One and the I7 processor make for a great machine.

Lowest priced i7 laptop you can find. Does everything needed (including playing high resolution videos) seamlessly. Highly recommend.
