I specifically told the salesperson I needed the computer for work. Guess I should have asked. It took a lot of guessing on how to use the computer. It isn't very user friendly.

The treatment of the sale of the ASUS Computer was beyond incredulous. I bought a Kapersky's Anti-virus protection as well as Geek Squad Maintenance during the sale of Computer. I was sent home to figure out that I had to return the computer only to have the "Geek Squad" download the Kapersky's. Which they did over viruses. I thought since the "Geek Squad" had to keep the computer, they would have swept it of viruses, prior to downloading the anti-virus Kapersky's, first. Especially since I had to call the store to get the "Geek Squad" Number to call them. Virus kept redirecting me.
