I loved my chromebook. It was big and I could see all the print. I could email and play on facebook. I could buy things on amazon. Then, last night, the screen went black. My beloved chromebook died. This is the last time I purchase something and don't get the extended warranty. I logged on to Best Buy using my old ipad and bought a brand new chromebook for $77 lless than I bought the first one for. This time, I got the 2 year extended warranty.

I bought this Chromebook for my mom due to the size and ease of use. It also boots up really quickly and is something that she will be able to handle very easily. This is a great choice for someone that does use a lot of computing power and mainly surfs the webs and checks email. Great buy at a great price!

Super easy to setup and use right out of the box. Thinner and better looking than my old laptop. Nice IPS Screen and loud speakers for the price as well. So far I am very impressed by this system. Would recommend this Chromebook if you no longer need Windows!

Just retired from teaching so had to turn in my Macbook Pro. I needed a replacement for daily use and didn't want to pay $1000. I don't need gaming power so I thought I would try a Chromebook. The 17" Asus does all I need and I'm very satisfied with price and performance. Note that it is somewhat heavy compared to a Mac equivalent,

Exactly as promoted. Works well and I love the 17 inch screen. I use this more as a desktop, so I am not concerned about it's heavy weight.

Clear, quick, and connected. Huge display, massive battery life. Perfect for surfing, movies, and other light tasks. I replaced a 4 year old Chromebook, and this is a quantum leap. The price was right, delivery was next day. 5 stars, all day.

I love Chromebooks for the ease with which I can do the simple tasks that I don't need a pro machine for, like surfing, shopping, researching and watching videos. This Asus delivers great picture and good sound without having to plug anything into it. Its basic but its simple and it works really well. Battery lasts a few hours before charge.

Just wanted a replacement for a 12 year old workshop computer. Great screen, great sound and a nice keyboard. Except for the number pad. There is more than enough room to put a full-size number pad next to the keyboard, but Asus decided to make the number pad half size. For $200, it's a great computer.

Picked this up as an open box item and it came with everything, sub $80. The Chromebook was in very good condition, with a few minor blemishes on the cover, but you had to be really up close to notice it. The battery is excellent on this and the specs are just perfect for my intended use. I wouldn't replace a laptop with this Chromebook though unless the laptop was generations old.
